Your muscles respond to stimulus. You can call this muscle growth signals.

If you want to get your muscles to respond to your workout you must give them direct signals in the language that your muscles understand.

These signals only are one of three major commands:

  • Grow – Get bigger like a bodybuilding
  • Get Stronger – Like an Olympic weightlifter
  • Endure – Like a marathon runner

Of course there are infinite variations that can be achieved by combining these. For example getting leaner is a function of endurance training which we cover in one of our lessons.

Losing weight and building lean muscles depend on the following in the order listed.

  • Nutrition. A 700 calorie hamburger twice a day is not going to help you. But more on that later.
  • Stress Management. Don’t start your stress hormones, they can get you fat.
  • Breathing Patterns. To help you get fat burning oxygen to your cells, help get the exercise form correctly and to give you the stamina to finish your workout.
  • Calorie burning exercises. These are fast pace, high intensity workouts that burn a lot of calories in very short amount of time and build muscle so that you burn fat after you stop the exercise.
  • Fat burning exercise. These are low intensity exercises that burn a lot of fat during the exercise and increase your cellular fat burning factories (mitochondria) to burn more calories at cellular level.
  • Muscle building routines. These are specific routines that combine  correct load selection, form, tempo & synergy into a path you can follow towards your goal.
  • Muscle building  exercises. Correct form to make sure that every second you spend working out helps you re-shape your body.

This is where many fitness enthusiasts miss it. Even if you have outstanding nutrition, and great calorie burning exercises, your body will not reshape unless you send them direct understandable signals.

What exactly is direct understandable signal for your muscles?

It is simply this:

“Grow, strengthen or endure.”

How do you send this direct signal to your muscles?

  • Effective isolation to really build your well defined muscles!
  • Working the muscles from different angles to continue stimulating them.
  • Gradual increase in workout intensity will help lasting results by transforming your body at cellular level, inside out.
  • Increasing time under tension so that you actually spend less time working out.
